1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Learning of the Day, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Accounts may only be created by parents or legal guardians aged 18 or over. Children may use the platform only through a parent-managed account. By signing up, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others outside your immediate family. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Free plans are available with limited access. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are assessed case by case — contact support within 7 days of a charge for consideration.
5. Single Subject Plan
Single Subject subscribers select one subject at checkout. The subject is locked for the current billing period. A change request submitted during the period takes effect at the next renewal date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share, resell or distribute our question content; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; or use the platform in any unlawful manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, illustrations and code — is owned by Learning of the Day. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that use of the platform will improve academic results. Questions are generated and reviewed for quality but we do not warrant perfection.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning of the Day is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
